Restore a purchase

Bought ZuDo on this Apple ID before? On the plan screen, tap Restore and your plan comes back. On a new phone, sign in to the same ZuDo account first. Bought on the web? Your plan follows your ZuDo account, so just sign in.

Manage or cancel your subscription

Subscribed in the iPhone app? Open ZuDo, go to Settings, then Plan, then Manage subscription. Or open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, open the Play Store, tap your profile, then Payments and subscriptions. Subscribed on the web? In ZuDo, go to Settings, then Plan, then Manage subscription.

Refunds

App Store purchases are refunded by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, and Google Play purchases by Google Play. Bought on the web? Email us within 7 days of the purchase and we refund it in full.

Delete your account

In the app, go to Settings, then Delete account, and confirm with your password. Everything in your account leaves our servers right away, and database backups are gone within 7 days. A web subscription is cancelled with your account. An App Store or Google Play subscription is not: cancel it first, as described above.

No app at hand? Email us from the address on your account and we will delete it once we have confirmed it is you.

Forgot your password?

Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen and we email you a code. If you are still signed in on another device, or you have your recovery key, nothing is lost. If you have neither, we can't open your old list, because only you hold the key. You start fresh, and your plan stays.

Withdraw AI consent

In the app, go to Settings, then Privacy, then AI help. If you withdraw your consent, nothing you write is sent to an AI company and ZuDo pauses until you accept again. Your data stays saved, and you can delete your account instead.
