Short version: ZuDo is in beta, provided as-is with no warranty, your data is yours, and either of us can walk away at any time.

Beta software

ZuDo is under active development. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. Back up anything critical · you can export your data from Settings at any time.

No warranty

ZuDo is provided as-is, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Use it at your own risk.

Your data is yours

You own the tasks, notes, and other content you put into ZuDo. We only use it to run the product and, where you allow it, to send the text of a note to an AI model from Google (Gemini), OpenAI or Anthropic so it can be sorted. See the privacy page for details.

Plans and payments

Every plan is the whole app. Subscriptions renew until you cancel. Bought in the iPhone or Android app? Apple or Google handle the trial, renewals, cancelling and refunds under their own terms. Bought on the web? Stripe handles the payment, and you can cancel anytime from Settings.

Refunds

Bought on the web and not happy? Contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. Email contact@py-company.com.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms, and we may discontinue ZuDo entirely with reasonable notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
